Emeryville Business Licenses |

The City of Emeryville requires a Business License for legal operation. Applications are available at the City Offices, 1333 Park Avenue, Emeryville, CA 94608. A $50.00 non-refundable administration fee will be collected on all new Business License applications at the time the paperwork has been filed and fees are paid. The processing of paperwork generally takes from ten to fifteen working days.

Redevelopment Loan Program |

The Emeryville Redevelopment Agency's Business Development Loan Program was established to attract and retain quality businesses to San Pablo and Park Avenues through the provision of below-market rate business loans.
Businesses (with some exceptions) with a demonstrated need for Agency assistance which are either currely located on, or are planning to, San Pablo and Park Avenues in Emeryville are eligible for this program. Both existing and start-up enterprises are eligible un the program.

Commercial Facade Grant Program |

The Emeryville Redevelopment Agency's Facade Improvement Grant Program was established to assist with the physical revitalization of San Pablo and Park Avenues through a matching grant for facade improvements such as painting, signs, and awnings on commercial properties.
